French language problems
So here's my problem. I run Civ4 BTS on windows 7 Bulgarian version. Since bulgarian language is typed in Cyrillic (well this alphabet was originally designed for us
 ) i got some problems with the appearance of all of the french special symbols like à, è, etc. They appear as cyrillic symbols like й and others. I've found a way to fix this - putting my regional setting in windows to France, but there should be some other way to do this. Can anyone help?
