What about taking away bombardment from land units?
Would it be a good idea to take away bombardment from the land unit a remake them to normal units like making the catapult to 4.1.1? I never anyway use bombardment and neither do the AI or would it unbalace the game?

I don't think so. Bombardment can be quite useful when properly done. It is great on the defense and when the enemy is not fortifed in a city. The arty and radar arty are good even then and allow you to safely soften up a target. Sure you can use aircraft for this but they have their limitations also.

yes might be, but the thing that I wonder most if it would unbalance the game?

Not if you never used them. For those of us who do , it would.

Anyways Malachai u should try using bombard.
At first i didnt use it either but after i tried it, i cant live without it It reduces the city size (reducing the defensive bonus with it), it may dmg the units inside the city and chances of cultural flipping will b lot less since u will probably kill most of the citizens on the process |

I like it the way it is, in Civ2 the modern day artillery made it extremely easy to crack cities.

I like how bombardment on defense reduces your attacker.
That's nifty.
