Simple doesn't start and no error msg
I used Civ IV on my new computer for a couple of month an in May stop working. When launching comes the loading screen and shortly disapear.
I reinstall an same issue arise. No error mesages, nothing. PC requirement are in excess and dxdiag se all good. What's next step? Help pls!

Later I try to uninstall and start over. but de instalation goes bad and it say it is already installed and now there is no way to re install
|

Delete "...\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{CFBCE791-2D53-4FCE-B3FB-D6E01F4112E8}"
then try to reinstall |

Did as you say. Reinstalled Civ4 but it didn't run. Then I install Patch 1.74_final and same error 1706 comes. "No valid source could be found for product Sid Meier's Civilization 4. Windows Installer can't continue"

so it did not run after installation? prior to the 1.74 patch? was there an error then?
