From: Nova Scotia What is the meaning of this "Treaty of Manhattan"? We had requested from you a nominal share of your cotton industry, and you have stated that you would in exchange for cotton gins. Instead, you sign this "Treaty of Manhattan", which gives New York, another state, a monopoly in your cotton industry, in exchange for industrial advice behind our backs, reneging on our deal. Good update! I like the battle system a lot. I was hoping that due to exigent circumstances and lack of effect on other areas my orders would be considered though :/
