Civ5 Graphics Review and a NVIDIA Promotion

NVIDIA sent me one of their new GeForce GTS 450 entry level graphics cards, which I have used to review the differences between the DirectX 9 and DirectX 11 graphics. This new card is an entry-level DX11 card, which opens-up a whole lot more eye-candy in Civ5 compared to a DX9 card.
