Tribal Village Messages Not Displaying

Hi everyone,

Lurker doing the first time poster thing here. I recently did a fresh reinstall of Civ 4 plus both expansion packs, patched BTS up to 3.19 and then installed RoM 2.92. In BTS, when I would send a unit over a goody hut/tribal village I would get the banner message at the top of the screen saying what the results were. However, in RoM I don't get these notifications, so I'm left guessing as to what results of the huts are.
I do get messages about borders expanding and I verified that it is set to log the tribal village results, and they do show up when in the event log when another civ gets to one that's in my LoS before I do, but not for one I get.
Any ideas on what might be the cause of this?

Edit: Downloaded and checked out 2.91 and all the messages display properly, so perhaps something was changed in 2.92 that causes this?

This i a known problem. Fix expected in v3 when it comes out.
