Medieval Japanese architecture- calling Shiro :)

For the castle I think Green or Grey.
I think the castle is a little too tall and narrow at the moment. The foundation for the castle should also be a little more sloped and made of large stones. I also feel that a castle should only be the center piece for the size 3 and possibly size 2 cities, and a Buddhist temple or Shinto shrine for size 1.
 
It was meant to be a pagoda, i plan to make the castle for 3 :)

Do you have mroe pics of a two-level religious building? (because this doesnt look that good, i must confess)
 
ah if its the pagoda it should be much smaller. And the roofing more flat, and less of a transition from small to large, more rectangular and less triangular. Also the metal spiral at the top is important. As for the pagoda colors... white walls with red framing and dark roof titles. Typically the pagoda is a part of the larger temple, so maybe shrink the pagoda down and set it next to temple.

I like the pagoda, but I agree that the cylindrical building seems out of place.
