Civilization Idea
Hello. My name is Creatureboy11. I made this thread because I cannot mod, but had an awesome idea!
New Civilization - Haudenosaunee
City List The list of cities would first be the 5 nations as the first five, then Tuscarora as the sixth city. Then include the Angonquian tribes. Civilopedia Entry The Haudenosaunee or the "People of the Longhouse", are an association of several tribes of indigenous people of North America. After the Iroquoian-speaking peoples coalesced as distinct tribes, based mostly in present-day central and upstate New York, in the 16th century or earlier they came together in an association known today as the Iroquois League, or the "League of Peace and Power". The original Iroquois League was often known as the Five Nations, as it was composed of the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga and Seneca nations. After the Tuscarora nation joined the League in 1722, the Iroquois became known as the Six Nations. Closing Notes If a modder can make this Iroquois civilization, i'd be honored. I would be honored because there are too many Iroquois civs.

Did you try reading some tutorials on modding? Because not knowing how to mod is no excuse for expecting someone else to do your work for you. No one knew how to mod this game before they took the time to learn it, after all. Simply throwing one's hands up in the air and refer to one's ignorance is just lazy. And laziness is a character flaw.
Now, I don't know how to do what you ask myself. But once I feel the need to create my own civilization I will read up on the subject - and get the job done. I might need help and even someone to hold my hand doing it, but I wouldn't simply post my request here and expect someone to do qualified computer game design for me - for free! But if you're prepared to pay for these services you request, then its a different issue altogether... And I mean no offense. Honestly. Promise.

Creating a civ for yourself is pretty easy, just daunting and time consuming.
There is a tutorial on how to do the XML. There is plenty of art for an Iroquois style civilization. Bernie14 has created flavored units you could use to flavor the civ, or at least create the UU. There are at least two Longhouse models out there. There is definitely a unique city-style set for them out there. I made a Hiawatha LH. There is NO reason you can not do this on your own. It could literally take a week just to learn it, and once you do learn to do it creating a new civ takes less than a day easily (and you could probably get three of them done per day depending on how much you care about quality). The other benefit of learning it is when a new idea for a new civ pops into your little head, you can do it yourself. Good luck.
