how to edit Civilopedia
Ive tried to figue this out before and I need some help with this.

Just go to CivIII\Conquests\Text\ and you'll see civilopedia.txt. If you want to edit it for a certain mod, and not the whole game, then copy and paste that document into (Your mod folder)\Text\ and edit the one you saved there
