how to edit Civilopedia
Ive tried to figue this out before and I need some help with this.

Just go to CivIII\Conquests\Text\ and you'll see civilopedia.txt. If you want to edit it for a certain mod, and not the whole game, then copy and paste that document into (Your mod folder)\Text\ and edit the one you saved there

The best thing to do is take a look at this tutorial. It covers all the basics for modding.
