Well I certainly didn't expect this to be made so quickly! Don't worry about the flag, Wotan. The cavalry in the old west carried a variety of flags, usually unit flags, in addition to the US Flag. For instance, this is the flag of Custer's famous 7th Cavalry:

You could google "cavalry flags" to find other examples.

But there is only one unit in this m-unit? That's unusual.

Don't get me wrong; I love what you've done; it will be very useful! Thank you.

The Flag counts as a unit.

Great job combining some excellent units, Wotan. It looks great.

If you do find a flag, remember that it would be the colors and needs to have gold fringe. What Balthasar is describing is a guidon. These are still in use today at battalion and lower levels, in the colors of the branch of service. Cav units still carry red and white guidons.

If you're asking, I think the guidon (flag) should be like the picture in post #5:

or like this one:

Either - or both - flags would be correct.

>Here< is a link to pictures of different types of cavalry flags.

Wotan49, may be you can combine this m-unit (flag of the 5th US cav. -or 7th) with the existing rifle US cavalry unit. This could be your second m-unit for the US in CCM.

Here's a preview Attack with flag
provisionally

Spoiler:
Da ich für die Multi eine bestehende Fageinheit brauche gibt es leider wenig auswahl!
manchmal geht es nicht einfach!

Since I need for an existing multi Flag unit there is unfortunately little choice!
sometimes it's not easy!

plan for a ARMY INDUSTRIAL AGES

Wotan, can you make the flag from the animated GIF that I put up in post #11?

It seems that the closer you get to the Musterbeispiel, the more important the flag becomes. But as good as it is (and it is very good), it just doesn't look right with the wrong kind of flag.

You can do it! Looks good. I don't know how easy or hard it would be to modify only the flag, but if you can adjust the colors on the flag easily, you might try to give it a little less contrast and make the red and the blue a little bit brighter. Other than that, I'm very happy that it looks as good as it does...

There are some German words used in the English text that most of us can't decypher. Please edit posts to include the English equivalent.
