Build Qs 1400AD

REGIA CIVITAS=12: Slow growth, 2 Grass to Scientists
leave Buffalo w NB until Adam, Market 30/80 in 8
Available RC Musket, leaves 2 guards...
Nemo Bay: Van 45/50 in 1, SILVER rehome RC to Dehli
keep Buffalo for now and build another Van.
Elysium: Switch Dip to Van 7/50 in 6, to RC in 9
Rule of 28 IPRB $4 is crucial

  then start another Diplomat? Sewer?
Civvium: PRB=40 $16, Aquaduct in 6 (A), then Van?
See Budget poll - now running close
TFalls: Market 20/80 in 9? or 12? Science or Forest?
Penguin: 2 forest +IPRB $6, Van 27/50 in 4, SILK
pickup with PF Caravel, start another Van?

Frozen Toe: Elvis & Celebrate, Temple in 1, Diplomat?
Bactra: Van or Engr? 2 Grass +Elvis Celeb?

Marl Downs: grass to Plains, Aqua 10/80 in 10, Roads!
Mord: Elvis to Plains Road, sw Van to Engr in 5 (N!)
Octavia: Engr 16/40 in 6, then another Engr
Melampyrum: Forest, Fish, Food+1, Temple 5/40 in 18 ok
Name New City 2: per Name V3 thread
Reneaux: PRB=60 $54, Aquaduct in 5 (A), then Market?
Fort Anarchy: Silk Van 42/50 in 2, then Van
Monks Towne: Elvis, Celebrates!
LC: IPRB=30 $37 Now, Van in 3, arrive @ RC in 9
then rebuild Caravel lost to Russians
LC needs Plains road Irrg ASAP.
Mulled Mine: Freeze at Size=2 or build Temple?
Hipsheim: same question. Please see the Strategy
  threads mentioned in Turn 1400AD
Indian Watcher: SEIZE NEW MINE !!!
Send Engineer to Indian Watcher? (A)

Banana Bay: switch to Temple?
Udal: see comments in Chryshe thread.
Routskilde: Rule of 28, IPRB $4, Van in 4, Silk?
then an Engineer! This city is too large!
Name V3 = Eriksson (D=Discussed, in Name V3 per Funxus, oops)
Uppsala: Elvis, so build an Engineer 0/40 in 6?
donate irrigation back to Lindow Moss?
Lindow Moss: Temple in 2, then grow? Van?
Hladir: serf to Road, Forest, Temple 20/40 in 4
  Keep Granary, start Engr.

This is a lot of detail for Our Queen and I to implement. It seems in line with Civ1's Chryshe thread, and provides for Adam Smith in 9 turns. It is a proposal. Please post improvements, whatevers, and comments.

We have only two Vans coming that are not committed:
Fort Anarchy: Silk Van 42/50 in 2 is too late.
Bedfont Lakes: starting Van 0/50 in 10? 9? 8 at best?

That does not seem like enough flow. So perhaps these IPRB?
Dellham: ocean to plains road, Van 24/50 in 7, IPRB $13 now.
Routskilde: Rule of 28, IPRB $4, Van in 4, Silk?
We can plan to IPRB $13 on several cities at 1500AD turn.

I think rushing some caravans is a good plan, we're building caravans not only to establish trade routes but also to build wonders so we need lots of them coming soon. We need to keep a good flow of caravans to India and Persia to keep money coming in to conquer the world.
Building Adam Smith will give us lots of money in the long run, money we can spend on better things than maintaining improvements.
