With the rebuilding of Alteracian society, the armed forces, and the influx of knowledge obtained from Sargeras' Tomb, the national pride of Alterac was at an all time high.
The High Lord was able to take his position of supreme ruler of Alterac, and all control was handed to him from the General Council of Alterac.
While it was decided that the council would still exist, it would be a purely advisory body for the High Lord.

As for elves I put 8 High Elf Swordsmen, 6 Archers, 4 Dragon Hawks and 1 Ranger. Also give me your plans. Oh and don't put over 40 soldiers for you - it's a little bit hard to put a lot of units in warcarft III.
