Movies you like
Although i am not that interested in most movies there exist a few of them which i like watching from time to time.
Probably my favourite is A Beautiful mind. link to video. Another one i remember liking was The Legend of 1900. link to video. What these two have in common is that their protagonists are introverted and exceptional at their field, mathematics and music. They are films about the mind, and there appear to be few of those around, moreover even fewer which are directed at mature audiences.

I like the Planet of the Apes series(and I hate that awful remake).
I like the Lost World genre, even if Planet of the Apes isn't technically part of it, an adventurer lost into a new world seems like it would fit. |

Planet of the Apes is OK but I mostly just like how you can see Charelton Heston's butt in it.

Being John Malkovich was good. I like the version of Nineteen Eighty-Four which was made in 1984. The Great Dictator, of course.
Watching horror B-movies late at night is always fun. Once me and a friend saw a film called something like "Maniac Nurses Find Ecstasy". We laughed our asses off.

I don't generally watch movies, and on the rare occasions I do 90% of them are comedies. Maybe even 95%.

2001 was nice.
I like Annie Hall a lot. The Matrix is an entertaining movie.

Demolition man rocked. And it had Sandra Bullock in it before she started making crappy movies.
![]() ![]() ![]() edit: seeing as I included 2 movies with the same screen writer (I didn't even realize it was the same screen writer until now), I'll include a third movie from the same screen writer. All 3 of these movies are in my top 10 list and have the same screen writer.

I'm thinking that poster isn't big enough. I want to see more of Arnold.

![]() Sean Connery said this was his favorite film he had starred in. Two British ex-soldiers in India goes to become kings over distant Kafiristan (now eastern Afghanistan). Excellent acting and atmosphere, with a chunk of humor. ![]() I guess this is my favorite of the "Man with no name-trilogy". Love the characters and the story, and the music is maybe the best movie music ever. ![]() May seem like a regular horror/scary/etc. movie, but is maybe the movie who has made the biggest impression on me after seeing it. The feeling only lasts for a little while though. ![]() Must be my favorite humor movie. I already like zombie movies, and the characters stupidity and the irony of the situation is just perfectly made.

Is it really necessary to answer a question like this with images?
I know it's cliched, but Citizen Kane is a really, really great film. Also, Singing in the Rain is incredibly good. I saw this for the first time a few weeks ago and already I want to see it again. I agree with Imrahil91 that For a Few Dollars More is probably the best of that bunch, but I still love The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, which was the first one I saw. True Lies was great, but his best film of that kind was Last Action Hero - a rather interesting example of an incredibly good script that somehow became a mediocre film. Something just went wrong somewhere along the line. Demolition Man is awesome. There is, however, only one greatest film ever made. ![]() And great actors continue to find new meaning and depth in its timeless message: link to video.
