Why haven't we received Denmark yet?

I, President Evil, ask my people: Why? Why haven't we received Denmark yet? In my time before being President of All Evil, I have bought the other DLCs on my laptop (a PC), and they were there when I used my Mac desktop without having to rebuy them. I, President Evil, have then noticed all of them were there besides Denmark. The Great Nation of Steam has showed me that it is also not available in the store, just for windows. I have not been around Civ using my Mac long enough to notice if this was the case with the other DLCs, but I ask, will we be expecting it soon?

(If you don't understand my President talk I'm asking if we will ever get the Denmark DLC)

Edit: President Evil is incompetent. He has been too busy with his evil plots to realize that there has been a billion of threads on this already. President Evil is new, and has not realized. He does not wish you an apology for wasting your time, as he is evil. Good Day.

I still don't have it either. It loaded on my PC version, but when I start the Mac version it wants me to buy it again... although the store knows I have already purchased it because it only gives me the gifting option.

Huh?

It's a problem with Steam. They're working on it.

People who buy it through gameagent seem to have more success.

Denmark just appeared automatically in my game, along with the scenario. Looks like they did something right for a change

I purchased the map for Mesopotamia but it hasn't loaded on my mac yet. However, Nebuchadnezzar DLC did download. I was hoping to play Nebuchadnezzar in this map but I'm still waiting

This, I don't understand. I don't understand Warrior rush at all. How do you build so many warriors so fast??

On higher difficulty levels the AI gets more than one unit. I think it goes up as the difficulty level goes up.

What difficulty level were you playing? The ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/sid meier's civilization v/assets/Gameplay/XML/GameInfo/CIV5HandicapInfos.xml file contains information about the starting units the AI gets at each difficulty level:

Emperor: 1 extra defense unit + 1 extra explore unit
Immortal: 1 extra defense unit + 1 extra explore unit + 1 extra worker
Deity: 2 extra defense units + 1 extra explore unit + 2 extra workers

AI unit cost rate is also reduced as difficulty increases:

Prince: 85%
King: 80%
Emperor: 75%
Immortal: 65%
Deity: 50%

So the Deity AI starts with two extra warriors, and can produce them at twice the speed of the human player. There are probably other advantages as well.

This was on deity and I was Arabia. They just kept streaming in from the fog of war like ants. Engulfed one warrior, bought a second (with all the dough I had) in the capitol, but they just pounded me from all 6 tiles over a couple of turns.

Has the map pack come out yet? It won't download through Steam. I activated both Denmark and the map pack a while ago and only Denmark downloaded. How do I get it to work?

Have you checked the map listing under Advanced Settings? That's where they'll show up.

I wasn't sure what maps are supposed to arrive, but I have Continents Plus. What else should be there?

It should include the following:
Continents Plus
Pangaea Plus
Donut
Sandstorm
Amazon
Japan
British Isles
Eastern US
Caribbean
Bering Strait

I think that answers my next question if anyone has the map pack. I'm checking a download now. I would recommend contacting Steam Support about the issue as well.

I've just checked in my Steam folder.

I have /DLC_SP_Maps/Maps/ in - ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/sid meier's civilization v/assets/DLC/

This folder contains files with names that match up with the above ten maps. So my previous purchase, originally for the Windows DLC, has downloaded OK for the Mac version.
