8.6 Aristocracy
Looks like Aristocracy is currently providing 15% to wonder builds while the policy tree only says 10%. Not sure which number you're going for.
I also noticed that the +3 happiness from Aristocracy also applies to the Palace, not sure if you've considered this while looking at +2 vs +3 happiness for this one. |

The effect is +3
happiness to all buildings that are limited to 1 per-player or per-world. I forgot the Palace is technically a National Wonder and fits into this category. I'll exclude it for 8.6.2.
