Map Utility?

Does anyone know where I can find a map utility that converts images on your computer (ie relief maps) into bic/bix?

there is a bmptobic converter you can use...
I cant finde the link to it so just search and youll find it..

I resize maps to like 180 by 180 but it still says i cant use them.

You gotta use the colors in its pallette. THeir is a bmp file explaining which color is which. Just use the Color Picker and use those colors.
