You can edit the interval between frames quite easily with Gimp. All I did is change the previous interval of 100ms for a 170ms interval because I like the way it looks. But since you want it slower, here you got the same gif it with a 300ms interval.

I didn't know Anatolia gets that much snow, and I thought the US and East Asia get more snow than that.

Also, the Canadian Prairies are very distinct in winter.
