As for how many of its 41 armies it inherits, that's determined at random - die roll of 1-41 yields 17. The remaining 24 desert.

To represent the disrepancy in development, I multiply the constituent country's industry by how much of a percent they make of the new state.

I'm giving Egypt to Jerusalem to avoid a huge mess.

France - 40 Ind 35 Provs
Greece - 17 Ind 24 Provs

35 * .70 = 24.5
24 * .30 = 7.2

The industry of this new nation is 31.7 or 32.

As for Jerusalem!

Jerusalem - 38 Ind 35 Provs
Greece - 24 Ind 14 Provs

24 * 0.3 = 7.2
38 * 0.7 = 26.6

34 Industry.

Persia - 44 Industry 35 Provs
greece - 24 Ind 3 Provs

44 * 0.92 = 40.48
24 * 0.08 = 1.92

42 Industry.

In a speech today, our Prime Minister, Gustav Hanbel, has declared Israel and Persia a threat to the security of Europe, and pledges support to Greece and Byzantium. Factories are now building weapons, and recruitment is on the rise, for what seems Partitionania's first war. The future may be dark for Greece, but Hanbel promises we shall do what we can.
