The Protaganist
I suspect someone has already delved deep into this problem, but I couldn't seem to find anything conclusive in the old threads. Does the choice of objectives protagonist have any effect on AI behavior in ToT?

I used the protagonists and objectives settings while playtesting my yugoslav scenario in ToT ( Over around 15 turns over and over ) . When the protagonist was the AI it used a somewhat more agressive and direct tactic to capture the set objectives. When there were no objectives the AI remained relative dormant. So, yes, it has some effect.
