Poser for Dummies
An excellent free tutorial for the Poser novice can be found here: http://www.karibousboutique.com/shar...fordummies.pdf It assumes you know nothing and guides you through the things you need to know to get started. It also has pointers to many free items which can enhance your Poser experience.

Quickly skimming it, it looks like a good compliment to Utahjazz7's tutorial. Some might try using Kinboat's paperdoll & some of the clothing/props made for it to do a static render with this tutorial before following Utahjazz7's to make a unit animation.
