OOC: There is a great difference between asking for help and selling yourself. For example, France sold itself to Morocco to protect them from taking their natural position as a Spanish protectorate, and then sold itself to tyrantship. Spain is only asking for help to improve army and navy. And at least Germany is clearly going towards a more democratic state, unlike France.

Yes. The first page has a good format to follow, but, to summarize:
- Put, as the message title, NukeNES XXV: <country>, <year>
- You put first your stats, so that Nuke knows better what you can do without having to check the stats.
- Then your spending. Make sure that you do not overspend.
- Finally, your orders. Try to follow an order. I usually either order things by branch (economic, foreign relations, military, other) or, if I control a big empire, by place (Africa, America, Asia...).

I've been extremely busy lately, and that coupled with losing access to my only decent computer until today thanks to a broken power cord, means that I am now just getting back online. Orders should be in tomorrow. I hope that isn't too much of a problem.
