That's nothing. I have 7 on mine right now, and I would have had more, but I had to drop a few of them to pick others up (including Mariano Rivera
).

Seems like I have been fortunate with injuries, since I have only had one minor injury. Holland got smacked around, but at least I had two players doing that, so I still benefited from it.
I had Smoak almost beat my opponents batting effort by himself, today.

How am I still in 7th place? I do not deserve to be with my team right now. But I will take it!

Somehow, improbably, I've been steadily moving up. 5th place now.
El Justo...I've been looking forward to our matchup for a while now. Good luck!

I have a great week and yet I lose ground to both first and second.

I'm thinking of punting saves like last year. Anyone interested in Rodney? I'm looking for a power bat.

Power bats are worth more than a closer. I would be comfortable to trade you a guy that can give you holds for him.

one of us could dust off the old veto stick, too. nothing more annoying in this cyber world than disingenuous trade offers. no, wait, there is...it's deals being yanked and absolutely -zero- dialogue. classy, right?

Subi, it looks like you need a catcher, so I could trade you Montero for a player of yours.

@Incodcito
i was probably a little harsh sorry. just a little frustrated. all i ask is that there is dialogue and not just rouge trade offers and no back-and-forth.

I'm seriously scraping the bottom of the barrel right now. I'm starting KC's Vin Mazzaro now because I have 5 starting pitchers on the DL....

Grief. I'm about done with this for the year. I honestly tried to keep plugging away even when I was 14th out of 14, and I didn't want to whinge about Adrian Gonzalez's power deserting him, nor the injuries to Brian Wilson or Bonifacio. But this week the injury to Shaun Marcum left me 2.1 innings short of the 40 inning limit, and I lost 5 categories that I had otherwise won.
I guess I had benefited once earlier this season, getting a whole 1 category from someone who didn't make the 40 IPs (due to leaving DL'd players on their active roster), but losing 5 due to IP restrictions, when I'm trying to run a 5 SP team (i.e. I'm not just packing the team with relievers), and I need every sodding category I can get, well, it's a bit much. I'll still check the squad to avoid leaving injured or minor league players active as far as possible, but otherwise my season is done.
