Challenge VI has 11 days left. It is time to start kicking around ideas for Challenge VII.

And feedback on the current series will help set up the next as well.
What was good about the games, what was bad, which were fun, which were tedious? |

I think the Challenge VI games had a good mix.
I would have loved to have played more of the games, but couldn't find the time. People like myself could play the games most to our liking.

I don't recall any of the games being tedious. As neilmeister said, I think a very good mix of games. The fact that the four people who have finished to date are in a pretty tight scoring band says it was a good mix.
I also enjoyed playing several scenarios that were new for me. I have to say, probably my favorite was the modern era score game. What is better than running amok with panzers? I think Emperor was a good level for most games, attracts a good number of players. The two diety entries were easy enough to make them playable. I would encourage you to continue to sprinkle in some of the lesser used maps/settings/leaders.

Ozbenno prepared the Challenge VII Games. They should be visible out there now.

I have already finished twice as many games in VII than I managed in VI.
I really like the mix of games in this challenge. The non-ancient starts personally hold no interest for me, but they are a good addition. Thanks again.

Nice games everyone! Congrats hhhawk
![]() I had a lot (6 I think) last place finishes, but given that so many of the games lived up to the name "HoF Challenge" I don't feel bad at all. ![]() Ironically, those few games I tried to improve my standing... I tended to do worse the more I played (taking more chances rather than finding better strategies). Having too much fun to ruin it by thinking too much. ![]() Thanks to the staff for their work, and I look forward to VIII.
