Me neither. I thought the setup for a sequel was about as rubber stamped as you can get. The fact that it wasn't a major flop kind of made it inevitable.

This would require them putting money into also modernizing their rockets and actually building the weapons on top of the army, naval, and aerial aspects to their modernization. With this sudden deluge of productivity, I would be surprised if the trains didn't run on time in North Korea.

Major flop?

Homefront is a success in my books. It's a great game for what it is (sub standard shooter). To me it's like a Battlefield 3 with crappy graphics.

THe only good shooter is a fast shooter. Which means currently Quake Live and Team Fortress 2 playing as scout are the only good shooters. BUT NEVER FEAR, I am sure that the creators of Home Front 2 wish to make a fast paced throwback to the skill-based shooters of old.
