[149.3] Small text bug: "Enlightenment" text missing
As you can see in the image, the notification hover text says "You have completed Unused! Choose a free technology...". This happens when you complete the Enlightenment policy tree so it should say instead "You have completed Enlightenment! Choose a free technology...".

This is an unfixable vanilla bug. Notifications are created and called in the game core only Firaxis has access to. They incorrectly used the Great Library's tech key, instead of creating one for policies:
TXT_KEY_MISC_COMPLETED_WONDER_CHOOSE_TECH
