we know that if you are the founder you get bonuses like follower belief and founder belief but what if you get a religion from other founder do you get some bonuses? and if so what are they?

Every city that has at least one follower of that religion, be it founder or non-founder.

Is this confirmed? The "at least one" mechanic doesn't seem all too elegant, unless there's some bonus to Cities of mostly/all one religion.

Not confirmed as such.
And it's not always at least one, as some beliefs require a certain amount of followers (eg 4 followers).
But from that we can assume that those beliefs where there isn't an amount of followers needed will be effective from the first follower on.

Yes, it's not the city itself that gets converted, but the citizens. Each citizen can be converted to be a follower of a religion.
Here you can see a screenshot of the demo, sorry about the quality.
As you can see of Carthage's 9 citizens 4 are converted to religions.
2 to the pantheon belief (the lightning symbol), 2 to Sidism (the crown-symbol).
