No one can say that USSR didnt tried to peacefully solve the Revolution. The Rebels, by refusing our offers, are the ones who want war. We offered them Ecumenical Government and free elections with the help of the UN. They refused. What does this mean? That the Democrats dont have the support of the people. That's why they refuse peacefull solutions and elections. And not elections made by USSR but by the UN. And then they say that USSR is evil.

USSR Peace Plan:

Chapter 1:

Part 1:

USSR, The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, is an independent State. That state is in a state of Civil War between the legal Government and the Rebels. After many battles and deaths, the legal Government has agreed to offer the Rebels a peace plan.

Part 2:

The Rebels will accept to send 20 representives. The Government of USSR shall send 20 representives. Those 20 representives of both nations will be considered equal.

Part 3:

The representives of both nations will all speak with the same ammount of time. 1 hour each represantive.

Chapter 2:

Part 1:

The Legal Government of USSR is ready to talk about everything with the Rebel Government, except a division of Russia. Russia must stay united.

Part 2:

Both sides will call the UN to help the two sides in peace talk. In case of elections, the UN shall organize the elections and not any of the two Governments.

Chapter 3:

Part 1:

USSR offers the Rebels the formation of an Ecumenical Government to lead the Country to free elections with the help of the UN.

Part 2:

The People of USSR will have to vote if they want a communist or a western Democracy.

Part 3:

If the people vote for a CCommunist Democracy, the rebels shall surrender to the Legal USSR government.

Part 4:

If the people vote for a Western Democracy, the rebels shall surrender.

Part 5:

The UN will be responsible for the elections.

Chapter 4:

Part 1:

If an Ecumenical Government is agreed, it will have to lead the country in elections in less than three months.

Part 2:

If an Ecumenical Government is agreed, it will have to take measures so taht USSR will not bankrupt.

I think the reason why the refused was so that they can have independence from your tyrannical and rouge state.

Keep your opinion for yourself. Also we will not allow Russia to be divided. A Republic can be accepted. Letting the Democrat Leader (NPC) taking power, after elections, and the Communist Party (PC) be the opposition is allowed. But a divided Russia? No.

The government's continuing belligerent grand-standing has done nothing to restore confidence in the administration. Important part bolded in case nobody else wanted to wade through the crazy. The Norselands condemns the USSR for being incompetent. The civilian population is vitally important to any nation, and while warriors should go out in battle, leaders have responsibilities greater than warriors and thus must sacrifice their honor before the gods sometimes.

The USAR may be allowed to join. However, they must remember that the peaceful unity between the various socialist and communist philosophies derived from the teachings of Marx is most important, and that hostility amongst comrades is detrimental towards the cause.

If the USSR shows considerable improvement in the treatment of its people, rebel or not, then they would be allowed to join into the Socialist International. However, for now, the USSR does not reflect the socialist ideology and as such is under probation.
