Where can I find this
I am looking to purchase Civ 4, is for sale on Steam? Do I have to purchase it through Amazon or some other vendor?

Gamergate.com has the Complete edition for $24.99 regular price. The game will go on sale occasionally at various sites if you want to wait. However, the boxed version appears to be considerably cheaper at sites like Amazon. Really depends on if you want to download it immediately or wait a few days to play.
