bombard effect option
what are the difference between checking and unchecking the bombard effects option ?

It just tells the game wether to use the bombard animations or not. Before PTW, quite often you didn't really see whether you hit anything or not. Now you'll see a big ball of dust and smoke rise up. It's more of a flavour thing, it doesn't affect the gameplay at all.
