Civilization 2 ToT: Communist Vikings with Nukes

(This is repost of what I posted on another community's (not Civ related!) forums, because I noticed there were a lot more civ fanatics. I thought it'd be good to post it here!)

The year is 1987 AD. The Communist Vikings are destroying the tiny Roman Democracy once and for all. The Chinese Democracy survives within the Viking heartland, so kindly provided by their allies. The Indians and Japanese are in a heated war, and no one is sure of the winner. The People's Republic of the Vikings are amazingly advanced, already having sent a spaceship to Alpha Centauri, meanwhile, their enemies the Romans, are still in the Industrial Era. How badly did we screw up the timeline?

I'm the Vikings, a Communist nation. Communism is AMAZINGLY OP in Civilization 2 Test of Time, and the military bonuses are huge. I've actually had this game going since last year, but I lost interest. Today, though, I found my savegame. And it begins again!

You won't have 0% pollution much longer if you nuke anybody. Got enough Engineers to clean everything up?
