Yes, I agree.

I would nominate sealman, actually.
Or Lt. Killer M.

Lt. Killer M. would be a good canidate, except Killer and AoA would probably kill each other in the staff forum...

Ya.
I think Lt. Killer M would make a great mod. He is almost always on CFC and he knows a ton about Civ. He is also a nice guy.(except when we had that debate..... )

Lefty: they aren't, and I certainly shouldn't be. Still, a few words on that subject:

[mindgame=Killer is a mod]
1) Believe it or not: I respect AoA, and despite having taken offence at several of his latest actions, he gave (after some.... prompting(? english)) good reasons. I may disagree with him, but he's the mod.

2) If I was a mod I would have a responsibility here, and this would mean that I would *really* have to watch my words.

3) I personally respect AoA for several things, amongst them that he will state his opinion openly. I think he could also live with me saying mine. Even in a staff forum. I do think he understands that i do not disrespect him if I disagree with him. (Do you, AoA? Please say yes!)

[/mindgame]

I do think a third mod, preferably someone from Europe, would do Civ3 forums good, because with two US mods there is always the 'online-hole' when we Europeans are online in the morning.

But not me. I have disqualified myself several times, I am not levelheaded, I am too rash and too easily insulted.

End of discussion.

back on topic:

I have noted for some time that the Hippo was gone, and though I came here too late to see much of him I regret that. Wherever you are: Civ on!

I don't think your a bad fellow killer, just a little...highstrung at times.

I make it a strong policy to NEVER hold grudges, and I judge people by actions.

So, just be cool, we want happy posters, NOT upset ones.

As my wife tells me when I'm about to say something stupid "take a deep breathe, count to 10....AND DON'T DO IT!".

She's a smart lady.

I have split the off Cunobelin subject posts. It is up to Thunderfall as to whether this thread stays open; it is in his royal domain.

Thread left open in devious plan by administration to let would be trouble makers identify themselves.

Actually, I don't hang around the Civ stuff, outside of Stories, often enough to make any suggestions...

One can seldom better understand another's psyche than through Diplomacy, and I clear my nostrils in the general direction of this statement!
