Question Do YOU build the Manhattan Project?

I don't know if this has been a poll before, the search function is currently down. But, I'm curious as to how many purposely build the Manhattan Project.

I use to until I realized I don't need to, another civ will. However, I do build nukes when they come available.

If nobody else is building it, I do MP so it finishes the turn before I launch my spaceship.

I normally will.... Not in a major city... Just in a small minor city that needs something to build.... Otherwise... I let someone else go for it.

I just love them nukes, I rarely have nerve to play the game to the end if my civ is the most powerful one which it is by the modern times, so I gladly will be the first to use nukes.

For me it realy depends where I am in the tech. race. If I'm way ahead I'll go ahead and build it, if I'm about even, or a little behind I'll just let someone else build it and focus on somthing else.

sometimes, if I've got nothing better to build, 'cause the MP is pretty low on my list of priorities.

I usually don't. On the other hand, when the AI builds it, why not create an arsenal?

Damn, thats what I was going to say! Let them waste shields on it so you can build MA and MI while their making that.

I built it in one of my early games. Nowadays I have no need for it. In the Modern Times, my superiority is big enough to fight any wars I want without nukes. If the AIs build it before I win, I also build some nukes and ICBMs, just in case.

Build the what?

Oh, some modern age wonder. You know, I build the Internet wonder some time ago, pretty strong stuff. I'm either finished at the time I can build tanks, or when I've finished the UN (I must admit that a diplomatic victory is for lazy victors, but micromanagement gets tedious later in the game...(especially those stacks of artillery, Firaxis, please, give me Stack Bombardment!!!))

I build it because I haven't graduated to playing the really tough levels yet. I imagine that when I'm playing Diety and the AI is building MA & MI when I'm still researching pottery, MP will probably be less of a concern for me.

Yep, I build it, just as a matter of pride. I'm still trying to perfect my skills on the Regent level, and in eight out of ten games I am able to secure all of the Great Wonders. When my lead is that commanding, and there is little interesting stuff left to build, why not round out the collection with the Manhattan Project?

I usually build it. Mostly just because it feels good to snatch both Great Wonders from Fission.

I eventually build it -- but:
I have it modded so it is a SMALL Wonder (in PTW).

Voted No.

I rarely build it - use it as prebuild. Sometimes there's nothing left, or I'm going for cultural victory.

I'd rather not have nukes flying around, but I build'em and will use'em if necessary.

By that time the few modern age wonders are about all that's left to build, other than military units, so sure, why not.

I used to avoid longevity until I decided that a few (dozen) extra workers weren't really going to hurt me none
