HTML Culture Flip Calc
For anyone who doesn't need a fancy *.exe calculator, I have an HTML version.

Join the party! 3 Culture Flip Calcs at once. BTW, how did you come up with the calculation if it's an enemy city rather than yours? You know, ALL we need is a city planner, then it might be possible to create a competent strategic planner. (a battle AI if you will). Any further, and it's Free Civ. Automated Player anyone? Just sit back, and watch the strategies of the great players unfold before your eyes! I can see the news headlines now. "Top programmers at a Sid Meier's Civilization 3 Fansite develop an automated war strategy program! Lockheed Martin is already asking for contracts.".

Dumb Question:
Do you enter the foreign tiles & foreign citizens in the whole country or just the city in question?  Resistors would have to be the city in question only, right? Foreign tiles Foreign citizens (workers/specialists) Foreign citizens (resisting) I am in awe of the utility programmers in this forum

Thanks Dave, I used your calculator against the evil Russians last night to see whether or not I could hold onto their coast city which held 4 tiles of dyes. Worked great.
