NUCLEAR WEAPONS
* If a UN proposal for banning nuclear weapons is issued, humans must either vote YES or DEFY
* Humans can only fire ONE nuclear weapon per turn
* Including a nuclear weapon use ban (outside the game) houserule is possible if more than 50% of the human players agree to it (and may have immediate effects)
* Antimatter bombs can not be used by humans
GENERAL RULES
* The game must be played with fairplay and common sense. As an example of this subjective rule, actions made for denial purposes only are not allowed
* The Influence Civic spying action is only possible after the use of one Great Spy against the target nation (n Great Spies used => n Civic change attempts)
