Is it possible to program a WW calculator?

I would like to request for someone to try and make a WW calculator, ex-

let's say I have Maximum AI opponents and I'm at war with 6 of them, and I"m in Demo or Rep and the WW is building up. Does anyone know how to tell which one of the 6 is causing the most WW so I can make peace with him? Up until now it's just been a guessing game, sometimes though I'll make peace with the wrong civ and it won't effect my WW one bit, and some of these mistaken peace treaties I've given them something for peace.

Is this even possible? I would probably try to give it a whack but I haven't programmed any thing since my mainframe COBOL days back in '89-'91

Thanks!

I only have vanilla civ, some adjustment might be needed for PTW.

In the savegame, WWP are stored in the LEAD section. After the "LEAD" key word there are 3172 bytes, then the wwp are stored as a sequence of reverse 4-bytes integers. I have not figured out which number corespond to which civ. I guess thats not too hard.
It looks like wwp only are updated between turns.

The first LEAD block is for the barbarian, the second for the human, followed by 30 blocks for AI opponents.

You could probably find these numbers with a hex-editor.
