Changing from Civ3 to PTW editor
Greetings! I created a scenario using the Civ3 editor and now I would like to turn it into a PTW scenario with the new units and civs available. This does not seem to be easily done. I opened the files with the new editor but could not figure out a way to add the new civs. Please help.

Open it w/ PTW Editor, then just save it as a .bix file under a different name. Voila!
