another 20K excel calculator
Yet another (fairly simplistic) excel spreadsheet to caluclate 20K culture for a particular city. I've been working on this for a little while - then come to post and noticed the other thread with similar items (oh well...).
The spreadsheet is fairly obvious to use (and I think it is correct - I've checked it and found no obvious errors) - just fill in the build dates for each item and it does the rest (no marcos involved). There is no allowance made for anarchy periods and/or civ specific traits. Any comments (good or bad ) please feel free. The spreadsheet 20k calculator
