Ivans doin nothin!
I've got Conquests and am playing my first game. I just got my first GL but the problem is he wont rush build Smiths trading co ( a must have for me).
Can anybody tell me whats going on? From what I've read in the civilopedia there should be no reason its different to normal civ 3. This is extremely annoying as I don't like using my leaders for armies but will have to if they wont rush build. |

Great Leaders CAN'T rush Great Wonders in C3C.
Only Science Leaders may do so. And you really should make armies, they're unstoppable, as they have blitz and added movement points. My army of four(I built the Pentagon in the 1300s) Cavalry units has a movement of 4 and can attack that many times in a single turn. |

Don't MGL's still have the ability to rush military wonders and small wonders?

Yep, I did cry when a newly captured city culture flipped back, when it had my army inside.
