Question about AI opinion and troop movements
If, especially while scouting, I repeatedly move troops into the area of another civ, and keep them in there until they tell me to leave or declare war, will this effect their opinion of me?

Yes. There is a good article in the War Academy that details many of the things that affect AI attitude, some being permenant, some being temporary.
Being asked to move your troops is a small temporary attitude hit. |
