Wondering if there is a way to add new units or small wonders. What I'm interested in adding is a lategame unit with the ability to lower corruption in a city which cannot be accomplished by the editor of course 8)

Also wanting to have one more small wonder to lower corruption across an entire Civ which I'm not sure can be done. Thinking of a FBI small wonder with lower corruption values.

If the Apolyton forums where up I might be able to figure out a way to even add another technology, but since they aren't I can't access the documentation that's been put together for the .bic file format, which would make it entirly too time consuming to hex edit the thing if I had to just guess what each byte means.


But short of a straight hex edit hack or using the hacked editor, you can't add much of anything except Governments. But even that doesn't handle everything you need to be able to handle, so we'll probably have to wait for a patch to Civ3Edit.exe.
