Exclamation Another cure for corruption

Some people have been complaining about corruption. I figured out that you can reduce the corruption level by increasing the value in the "optimal number of cities" field in the "world sizes" section of the rules editor. Changes affect also old games. You just have to play a single turn to see the effects.

very nice! i ended up changing the settings as follows, it plays rather well, but is not exactly easy.
tiny: +2
small: +2
standard: +4
large: +4
huge: +6

and i gave the police station the ability to lower corruption (i mean thats what they are for in real life, right?) and, even as the expantionist that i am, i found this to be tolerable, yet challenging, but not unbearable (as it was).
...so far this, and making flight a pre-requisit for the aircraft carrier are the only changes that i have made (i mean how can you build a transport for a device that doesn't exist? hmph!).
