Whats makes workers tradable?

I was wondering this becuase if this can be found out then you can make all the other units tradable as well. Many people have wanted tradable military units and such.

It's not hardcoded... what makes workers tradable is "captured unit" setting in General Settings tab, but only 1 unit can be a default captured unit, so you cant do much with it anyway
