Isn't there an Olive Oil resource in C3C already? If I am not mistaken there is Olive Oil in the Rise of Rome Conquest.

Here is a huge resource compilation by Cassus Belli. On row 29 there is olive oil.
Double Your Pleasure also has an olive oil resource. I got these both from doing the Google search of the forums. Hope this helped.  Edit: Yes, there is CellKu, it's icon #4 in the resources.pcx list or in the Editor list. It's 3 clay pots holding olive oil.
