After a break to delve into some other games <gasp> I downloaded the 3.10 Mod.
I installed the mod and attempted to play, however it appears that much of the changes are not loading.
I completely removed my mods folder, cache, etc. I loaded the game with just the CAT/CEP/CIN and it still didn't act like it was loading correctly.
I removed them again and then just loaded CAT (since its the required one).
I checked my logs and found this error:
in the LUA.log
Any suggestions on what to try next?
Validated files Via Steam, deleted mods, redownloaded 3.10 and reinstalled them: started game with all 3+map
LUA log shows a failed to load CEP_Start.sql
