AI Ideology Choice

Hello, I'd like to know if I'm supposed to set a certain ideology for the Civs in the mod I'm working on, and how to do so; or if the Civs choose the ideology based on certain flavors already set, in which case, what are those flavors and the correlation between them and the ideology choice.

AI ideology choice is mainly dependant on
1) victory choice
2) free policies
3) what friends/enemies have chosen
4) happiness impact

There are no direct (like there is for Religion) or indirect (via flavours) settings in the database (XML) that affect the overall choice.

Thanks for the quick response, I'll have to test some more, seeing as how initially all the AI's went autocracy when testing in later eras.
