Fix for Overlapping Tech Quotes Audio?

I enjoy the tech quotes, I really do. But sometimes, they pop up when I'm in the middle of something and I'd rather just close the window and have that stop the audio of the guy talking. Even worse, if you discover a bunch of techs in quick succession, the different quotes will all be playing at the same time and it's just plain annoying.

I'd like the tech quote audio to stop whenever I exit the pop up. Are there any mods or fixes for this? Other than disabling tech quotes altogether or "just don't exit until the quote is done", please.
