game freezes between turns

I have no Idea why it happens, but here is the save, maybe someone can find out why, or firaxis could have a look at it...
The game freezes once you end the turn after playing the Greek!!! this is turn 17 I think, so it's not the scenario which is defectuous
the original scenario can be found following the link in my signature.
The Game is on a more than huge map, so this is only worth a try if you have a very fast PC...

It will be very difficult to identify a problem with a scenario instead of an unmodded game -- debugging a scenario requires first scrubbing your mod for problems.

Tavis, great to have you around, the problem with this bug can also be explained by the following game/threads:

The file here is for version 1.03 of the scenario, even though it will work with all versions

What I did in the scenario was create exile goverments represented by a settler and a king unit on an isolated tundra tile (no city alowed). When the CIV got eliminated (WW2), so f.e. the Belgians. Once they had no cities left, they were not destroyed as they still had the settler, but, the game crashes on diplomatic relations whith them (just exists to desktop without message in Debug mode, and I guess freezes on normal mode)

More important now is maybe the fact that the "skip first turn option" doesn't work, or has it already been solved....
