How to copy a saved game from one PC to another (steam version)

Hello guys, I have civ4 installed on 2 PCs (a steam version) and I started playing a game on one of them and now I'd like to carry on playing the same game on the other one. I'm playing BTS with BAT 4.1. Could somebody let me know which files I need to copy and where I can find them?

You'll find the saves in this location (assuming it's a single player save):

c:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\beyond the sword\saves\single\

When moving a save game file from one PC to another has any one found that it changes the leaders for all of the Civs? For example, I went from Kublai Khan of the Mongols to Abe Lincoln of the Mongols. The other civs switched as well.
