Not sure how many Let's Plays I will watch. I find that watching others play it just gets really frustrating after awhile when you want to play it but can't.

Tough question as everyone has its own preferences.

However I find Marbozir to be quite good - usually explains what he's doing and why (although sometimes it's too much) and his experience in Deity Civ5 is for me quite strong credentials
