Mursili II of the Hittites

Mursili II (reign: 1321-1295 BC) was a king of the Hittite Empire (New kingdom). For the first ten years of his reign have survived and record that he carried out punitive campaigns against the Kaska tribes in the first two years of his reign in order to secure his kingdom's northern borders.

He could be used for any Hittite ruler though.
